    How it works

Images are encoded as JPEG and embedded into the PDF as they are, so nothing is compressed twice. The PDF is produced in your browser by a small writer we wrote ourselves; no PDF library is loaded and no file is sent to a server. The output was checked by opening it in the macOS viewer.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I combine several photos into one PDF?

Yes. Select or drop the files together, reorder them with the arrows and press build. Each image becomes one page.

Which page size should I pick?

Choose A4 or Letter if you will print it; the image is centred on the page. For archiving screenshots, "Match the image" keeps the page exactly the size of the image, with no cropping or empty space.

    Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The images are opened in your browser, the PDF is built there and downloaded directly.

    Why is the PDF large?

Lower the quality setting; around 70 is enough for most documents. For very high resolution photos, running them through the image resizer first gives a better result.
