How it works
The list is shuffled in your browser (Fisher-Yates with a cryptographic random source) and the first n names win. Tick "Remove winners from the list" to draw a second round from the rest. The list never leaves your browser and is not stored; social media comments are not fetched, you paste them.

Can I run an Instagram giveaway with this?
Yes, if you copy the commenters' names and paste them one per line; the tool does not connect to Instagram or fetch comments.
What if a name appears twice?
With "Count duplicates once" ticked it counts once; untick it and two lines mean two chances.
Can I pick backup winners?
Yes: tick "Remove winners from the list", draw the main winners, then draw again for the backups.
