Why pick a language?

In Turkish the capital of i is İ and the lower case of I is ı; in English both map to I and i. Without the rule, "DİYARBAKIR" lower-cases to "diyarbakir" and "istanbul" upper-cases to "ISTANBUL". This tool applies the rules of the language you pick; the English page defaults to English. Your text never leaves the browser.
